About the series: Delightful in its mysticism and dreamlike alchemy, this painting is part of a series aiming to create new “Tylwyth Teg”, Welsh “fairies” who live in an invisible parallel realm or underground. While sometimes benevolent, they are known to be mischievous. Not quite canon mythological storytelling, connecting this world, with the old world, with the shadow world, and with audience connecting their own experiences to the work.
