Title: Girl with snail
Canvas Size: 40x50×3.81 cm / 16x20×1.5”
Year: 2026
Description: This is an original hand painted acrylic painting on gallery depth canvas with high quality archival & professional grade paints depicting a doll like girl standing on a table with a tiny magical snail lady along the edge of the table.
About the series: Delightful in its mysticism and dreamlike alchemy, this painting is part of a series aiming to create new “Tylwyth Teg”, Welsh “fairies” who live in an invisible parallel realm or underground. While sometimes benevolent, they are known to be mischievous. Not quite canon mythological storytelling, connecting this world, with the old world, with the shadow world, and with audience connecting their own experiences to the work.
All purchased original paintings must be picked up from the studio in Toronto’s West End, or courier pickup shipping & insurance arranged by buyer.
